Captain Cully is a minor antagonist in the novel The Last Unicorn and the Rankin/Bass film adaptation of the same name.
He is a legendary outlaw who took Molly Grue as a lover and hates it when people compare him to Robin Hood, who he considers to be a myth. Though he is nice and considerate to Schmendrick at first, Cully is a greedy man who decides to have Schmendrick tied to a tree, which the wizard accidentally enchants into loving him until he is freed by Amalthea.
Molly, upon seeing the Unicorn, decides to leave Captain Cully’s company. At the end of the film, she stays with Schmendrick and does not return to Captain Cully, for she no longer loves him anymore.
