He was the greatest Martial Artist who was brainwashed to become a member of the League of Assassins who goes by Bronze Tiger. However, after being cured, he became a vigilante instead, joining the Justice League Task Force and the Suicide Squad. He is also a close ally of Batman and the love interest of Vixen
