Branch is the deuteragonist of DreamWorks' Trolls franchise. He is the youngest member of the well famous boyband, BroZone, and the youngest brother of John Dory, Spruce, Clay, and Floyd, as well as the boyfriend of Queen Poppy.
Portrayals[]
- In the films, as well as the Holiday specials, he is voiced by Justin Timberlake, who also voiced Artie in Shrek the Third and Boo-Boo Bear in Yogi Bear.
- In Trolls: Remix Rescue, he is voiced by James Arnold Taylor, who also voices Johnny Test, and Milo James Thatch in Atlantis: Milo's Return.
- In the series, he is voiced by Skylar Astin.
Personality[]
Branch is an overly cautious paranoid survivor in Troll Village, who lives in fear of the Bergen's invasion. However, after going on a journey with Poppy, he becomes more happy, vivacious and loving to embrace his own inner troll. It was also Poppy's positivity that helped him find it.
According to his get to know poster: his heart belongs to Poppy, will protect his friends at all costs, hates hug time, always prepared for any scenario and will lead with compassion for others.
Appearance[]
Branch is a troll who has short, black hair and has greyish skin. He has dark lavender colored cheeks, and his eyes are a sky blue. He also has a large lavender colored nose. His ears stick out but sort of droop. He wears a dull colored, dark green leafy vest and dark brown shorts with dark green patches and stitches. His true colors consist of having cyan skin, long straight indigo hair, a bright green leaf vest, light brown shorts with light green stitches and patches, bright sky-blue eyes, a light purple nose, and sparkly bright rosy cheeks with slight glitter freckles.
