Bosnian Homer (unofficial name) is a minor antagonist in Smiling Friends. He plays a small role in the episodes titled "Shrimp's Odyssey" and "Pim Finally Turns Green," and briefly makes a cameo appearance in "Brother's Egg". His character is a clear homage to Homer Simpson.
He is voiced by the series' co-creator, Michael Cusack.
History[]
In "Shrimp's Odyssey," he approaches Shrimp at the tanning salon, tears off a piece of his now-cooked head, and eats it before walking away, satisfied.
In "Brother's Egg," he briefly appears as a customer at a restaurant called 'The Flying Meepling.'
In "Pim Finally Turns Green," he walks down the beach steps, carrying ice cream for his friends. He trips, knocking over Rotten's cooler, causing the snowman to melt. He offers a weak apology before casually walking away as if nothing happened.
Personality[]
Given that Bosnian Homer casually ripped off a piece of someone's head and ate it, and nearly killed a snowman by knocking over his cooler, it's evident that he is a thoroughly callous individual who rarely, if ever, considers the consequences of his actions on others. Despite this, he doesn’t seem truly malicious, though he is dangerously clumsy, utterly moronic, and seems to act on any impulse. He also appears to be quite gluttonous, given his rotund build and obsession with unhealthy foods.
Physical appearance[]
He is a bright green, humanoid, blob-like critter with a plump, rounded body, large eyes featuring scribbled pupils, and stubble around his mouth. He wears brown sandals and a white towel with a blue stripe wrapped around his waist.
