Mockingbird (real name Dr. Barbara "Bobbi" Morse) is a Marvel Comics character who debuted Astonishing Tales #6, but she remained unnamed until the 12th issue in June of 1972 as Dr. Barbara Morse. She was called "The Huntress" in ''Marvel Super Action #1'' on January of 1976 as the Huntress.She first appeared as Mockingbrid in July, 1980 in the ninety-fifth issue of ''Marvel Teamup as Mockingbird.
He was born and raised in San Diego, California. She excelled in school and later attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, specializing in biology, earning a PhD under Dr. Wilma Calvin
