Dr. Ramsey Rosso, also known as Bloodwork, is a major antagonist in the Arrowverse. He is one of the two main antagonists (Alongside Eva McCulloch) of Season 6 and a minor character in Season 8 of The Flash.
Alongside Zoom, Bloodwork is considered the most terrifying villain the Flash and his team has done in contact with. He plots to cure death and infect the minds of the people of Central City after being diagnosed with the HLH cancer that previously killed his mother.
