Roman Sionis, better known by his persona Black Mask, is a major antagonist from DC Comics, and acts as mainly a prominent opponent for Batman, Catwoman and their allies such as Nightwing and the Birds of Prey.
Business Management: Roman is powerful and cunning businessman and mob lord.
Criminology: Roman is able to control a massive criminal cartel in Gotham City.
Tactical Analysis: As a master criminal, Roman is able to come up with his own Plans and tasks that are usually bullet proof.
Marksmanship: Roman Sionis is an excellent marksman who always carries at least two semi-automatic handguns.
Hand to Hand Combatant (Advanced): Black Mask is one of the most powerful combatants in the criminal world, having even beat down Catwoman, Batman, Nightwing, Red Hood and Robin.
Weaponry: He has proven capable of hitting highly nimble athletes (like Jason Todd and Catwoman) in mid-air with relatively little effort and has also shot mid-flight batarangs away from himself.
Interrogation: Black Mask is known for his ruthless nature and uses methodic torture to get the information he needs from his victims. As he can both physical and psychological torture his victims, he is shown to be a ruthless and intimidating interrogator.
Disguise: He is a master of disguise and actor who tricked Batman when he was disguised as Orpheus. He also made people believe he was Batman underneath the suit as well.
