Dinah Lance, also known as the Black Canary, is one of the main characters and the tritagonist of Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) and the main protagonist of the upcoming film Black Canary. She joins Harley Quinn, Helena Bertinelli and Cassandra Cain in facing Black Mask, the criminal Roman Sionis, who she used to work for by being his chauffeur. She is a vigilante with the metahuman ability of hypersonic screams she inherited from her mother.
