Baylan Skoll is the secondary antagonist of the Disney+ series Ahsoka. He is a Dark Jedi who is a survivor of Order 66 who became a Dark Jedi and was aware that his former fellow Jedi Knight, Anakin Skywalker, had become Darth Vader. He was a corrupted after the fall of the Galactic Empire. Now working with Morgan Elsbeth and her Inquisitor, Marrok, Baylan Skoll sought to assist them in returning Grand Admiral Thrawn from his exile, thus initiating the return of the Galactic Empire, alongside his eager apprentice Shin Hati, clashing in the process with Ahsoka Tano, Sabine Wren as they sought to find Ezra Bridger.
He is portrayed by the late Ray Stevenson in his final acting role. The first episode is dedicated in honor of him.

- Baylan and his apprentice wield orange-bladed lightsabers in the live-action series. They are preceeded by Cal Ketsis, whose lightsaber was orange since Jedi: Survivor.
- In the expanded universe, Yaddle had orange lightsaber in the books and Plo Koon had one in the comic.
- Baylan could be considered a tragic villain because of his backstory of terrible memories, Order 66 and how his friend Anakin Skywalker became Darth Vader.
