Babe is the titular protagonist of the novel Babe the Sheep-Pig, the film of the same name and its sequel, Babe: Pig in the City. He is a piglet who learns to her sheep like a border Collie. His character has been noted by most to be a good example of someone trying to break out of the status quo.
In the first film, he was voiced by the late Christine Cavanaugh and in the sequel, he was voiced by E.G. Daily, both of whom appeared as voice actresses in Rugrats as Chuckie Finster and Tommy Pickles, respectively. In the Japanese dub from the movie, he was voiced by Mayumi Tanaka.
