Azula has long, dark brown hair and brown eyes, olive skin. During the series' events, Azula is fourteen years old, the same age Katara is. She usually wears her hair in a top knot bun, a popular hairstyle in the Fire Nation. Like her brother, Azula wears black braces and armor over her white and red tunic and occasionally wears a helmet to battle.
In her maid disguise, she wears her hair down and red robes similar to her cartoon counterpart's costume without the armor.
