Queen Atlanna is a supporting character in the DC Extended Universe, serving as a major character in the 2018 movie Aquaman and the 2023 sequel, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom'. She is the mother of Arthur Curry and Orm Marius (the supervillain Ocean Master), the former foster mother of Mera , and the true lover of Tom Curry as well as the former queen of Atlantis . After living alone in the Trench for twenty years, Atlanna was met by Arthur and her protegee Mera whom both ventured to find Atlan's Trident. Once Arthur retrieved the Trident and defeated Orm, Atlanna returned to Maine to be with Thomas.
