Arcadia Oaks, California is the main titular location in the Tales of Arcadia franchise. It seems like an ordinary town, but it is in fact, a hotspot for the bizarre and the supernatural due to its primordial centricity of the universe.
History[]
Arcadia Oaks was founded in 1875. It is a place where the supernatural are hidden in plain sight. Trolls came to live in Arcadia after arriving and what would become present-day New Jersey. They founded Heartstone Trollmarket, which was hidden below and the only way to access it is through the Acadia Oaks Canals. The town and it's inhabitants were completely unaware of the secret community. Changelings and Extraterrestrials integrated themselves into human society, but for several reasons. The Changelings were supplanted in human culture to serve as spies around the world. However, the extraterrestrials took Arcadia as refugees and disguised themselves with their alien technology. The first of the extraterrestrials was Stuart, an escapee of Area 49-B. Wizards lived in Arcadia Oaks, hidden in plain sight. Some of them had their own businesses such as Zoe and Douxie Casperan.

In 3Below, Aja and Krel Tarron crash-land in Arcadia Oaks during the third and final part in Trollhunters.
Arcadia enters another apocalyptic war against General Morando after he absorbed Gaylen's Core. However, he was defeated by House Tarron when King Fialkov and Queen Coranda sacrificed their own life cores to power Seklos' power cannon while Aja and Krel fired at him. They were assisted by several of their allies and Friends they made in Arcadia Oaks, including Steve, Eli, Toby, AAARRRGGHH!!! and it's community. After Morando's defeat, Krel remained in Arcadia while Varvatos, Aja, Zandra, and Eli returned to Akiridion-5.

- It is possible that Arcadia Oaks was named after the region in Greece or the utopia Arcadia of Peloponnesus was the domain of Pan, a virgin wilderness home to the god of the forest and his court of dryads, nymphs and other spirits of nature.
- Arcadia is somewhat similar to Sunnydale in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Beacon Hills from Teen Wolf. All three locations are the central area that is a hotspot for Supernatural attacks and creatures due to a certain element involved (The Original Heartstone, the Nemeton and the Hellmouth.
