April O'Neil is the deuteragonist of the 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film series. She is a news reporter and the best friend of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

She is portrayed by Judith Hoag in the original movie, Paige Turco in the both the second and third films, and voiced by Sarah Michelle Gellar in the CGI fourth film who is most famous for portraying Buffy Summers in the Buffy: The Vampire Slayer series and Daphne Blake in the live-action theatrical Scooby-Doo films.
