Anya Corazon (also known as Spider-Girl ) is one of the two tritagonists (alongside Gwen Stacy ) of Spider-Man . After using an experimental cure on herself back in the Spider-Island incident, Anya develops powers related to arachnid abilities. She is a student at Horizon High School, a Vigilante who is a member of the Web Warriors, the best friend of Gwen Stacy and a close friend of Miles Morales and Peter Parker.
She, along with Gwen, is unaware of her friend Peter's identity as Spider-Man until season 3. This strains her friendship with him because he didn't trust either of them enough. However, this trust is eventually rebuilt when they realize his intentions were not to hurt them but to protect them. She is a student at Horizon High School and a member of the Spider-Man's team.
