Dr. Anthony Ivo is one of the two main antagonists of the flashback arc of season 2 of Arrow. With his wife dying of a rare disease, Anthony became a sociopathic criminal who hired a crew on a ship called the Amazo. He grew obsessed with finding a serum known as the Mirakuru, the only thing he could do to cure his wife.
