Ant-Man (real name Dr. Henry Jonathan "Hank" Pym) is a fictional character and superhero from the Marvel Universe, appearing as one of the main protagonists of the Avengers comics, and the main protagonist when he appeared in the Tales of Astonish and his titular comics.
He is a founding member of The Avengers and married to fellow teammate Janet Van Dyne (the first Wasp), the father of Nadia Van Dyne (the second Wasp), and the mentor of Scott Lang, who succeeded him and became the second Ant-Man
