Andrew "Andy" Diggle is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Malcolm Merlyn) of Season 4 and a posthumous antagonist in the subsequent seasons.

He is the brother of the show's deuteragonist John Diggle, the father of AJ Diggle, the brother-in-law of Lyla Michaels, and the uncle of Sara and John Diggle Jr.
