Amelia Harvey is a supporting character in Casper.
History[]
Before Casper, Amelia passed away to unknown reasons. Afterwards, she became an angel. She later visits Casper and gives him the gift of being human again for one night. She later re-approaches James and tells him a tearful goodby and acknowledges that he's raising Kat as a responsible young woman and gives him a couple of tips, such as not eavesdropping on her calls or serving french fries for breakfast.
