The Amazon Covenare a vampire clan who live in South America featured in The Twilight Saga. They consists of Zafrina, Kachiri (in the books only), and Senna,

Very few people have heard of this coven, even the Volturi. They are in a part of the world with little human population and the sisters consume the traditional diet of human blood.

The group became an ally of the Cullen family whom she pledged to serve as a witness against the Volturi, and fight off necessary.

Kachiri is a female vampire and the apparent founder of the Amazon coven, which includes Zafrina and Senna, both turned by her. The coven resides deep in the Amazonian rainforest; they are known to have lived outside civilization for centuries and for not keeping up the human façade. Because of this, Kachiri goes with Alice and Jasper while Zafrina and Senna make their way to Forks. She and the sisters are reunited after a truce is established between the Cullen's and their allies vs. The Volturi.

Zafrina is a vampire who has the supernatural ability to create vivid visual illusions.  She is the most outspoken of the Amazon coven, and generally serves as their spokesperson. When going with Jasper and Senna to vouch for the Cullen family, Zafrina quickly becomes close friends with Renesmee and teaches Bella how to hone in her mental shield powers. She and the sisters are reunited after a truce is established between the Cullen's and their allies vs. The Volturi before returning to the Amazons. She is portrayed by Judi Shekoni in the second movie adaptation of Breaking Dawn.

Senna is the most quiet of all the Amazon vampires. When going with Jasper and Senna to vouch for the Cullen family, Senna rarely speaks to the allies. She is reunited with Kachiri after the Volturi leave peacefully. She is portrayed by actress Tracey Heggins in Breaking Dawn - Part 2.
