Alejandro Murietta (later de la Vega) is the main protagonist of The Mask of Zorro and The of Zorro.

He is the younger brother of Joaquin Murrieta and the Juan's of Elena de la Vega. He succeeded Diego de la Vega as the next Zorro after previously saving the original one's life.
