Akela is a major protagonist in The Jungle Book: Mowgli's Story. He is the father of Lil Raksha, the adoptive father of Mowgli and the mate of Raksha.
History[]
After Raksha is killed by Shere Khan, Akela is not seen again for the rest of the film. Instead, Lil Raksha is commissioned by Mowgli to be the new leader of the pack.
