The relationships of Ahsoka Tano in the Star Wars franchise.

Romances

Lux Bonteri

Ahsoka and Lux

Close Friend/Former Love Interest

Ahsoka first met Lux on the plant Raxus when she was on a secret mission with her close friend, Senator Padmé Amidala, and admitted he and his mother were the first non-Military Separatists she had met.

It appeared Lux took a romantic interest in Ahsoka when he first met her, as he looked at her in a daze when she told him to take a good look at her. However, Ahsoka found it annoying, as she immediately shrugged his crush off her. This changed during their time together, as Ahsoka began developing feelings for Lux until she and Padme left Raxus, she and Lux said their goodbyes before going their separate ways. Meeting Lux and his mother caused Ahsoka to change her perspective on the war and open another side for her.

The two friends met again on Mandalore when Lux began denouncing Separatists because they were responsible for his mother's death, especially Count Dooku. Ahsoka later saved Lux from his execution and took him on one of the Republic Ships, with R2-D2 in tow. She wishes to help Lux by taking him to the Galactic Republic, putting a halt to Lux's plan to go to Carla. Instead, Lux opted to knock Ahsoka out with a stun blaster and took her with him to Carlac (against her will). Encountering Death Watch, Lux and Ahsoka posed as each other's betrothed, where Lux and Ahsoka shared a kiss. However, the latter felt that Lux was making the wrong choices, showing she wanted him to be a better person. The two worked together to fight the Mandalorian warriors and board their ship. Ahsoka planned to take Lux back to the Republic, but Lux once again refused by using an escape pod. Seeing that she could not change his mind, Ahsoka accepted that Lux had to follow his path, and both friends hoped to see each other again.

Despite their mutual attraction to each other, Lux and Ahsoka never committed themselves to a relationship because she was a Jedi at the time and Lux was a senator. Instead, they remained friends. Lux and Ahsoka later met each other yet again on Onderon, where they worked together to restore Onderon's rightful ruler and defeat the Separatist forces that occupied it. This time, Ahsoka and Lux remained friends because he had already developed romantic feelings for Steela Gererra. After Steela's death, Ahsoka comforted her friend.  This was possibly the last time Ahsoka and Lux saw each other because Ahsoka went into hiding and faked her death.

Kaeden Larte

Love Interest

In the novel Ahsoka, Ahsoka meets a female farmer named Kaeden Larte. Kaeden helped Ahsoka adjust to life but at the time, she only knew her as "Ashla." She helped Ahsoka find a place to call her own and helped build a reputation. Throughout the novel, Kaeden develops romantic feelings for her. However, she was angry with Ahsoka when she revealed her true name and her past as a Jedi. In her anger, Kaeden was kidnapped and tortured by the Sixth Brother who used her to lure Ahsoka back to Raada. She managed to save her friend after the Sixth Brother was killed in combat. Once rescued, Kaeden admitted her feelings to Ahsoka and said she could kiss her right now. It appeared that Ahsoka reciprocated these feelings but they didn't have time to act on them because they were busy escaping Imperial forces.

Mentors

Anakin Skywalker

Anakin-Ahsoka-Old-Friends-Featured

Brother Figure/Close Friend

During the Clone Wars film, Anakin did not want the responsibilities of having an apprentice. The two first met during the Battle of Christophsis, where she revealed she was assigned to Anakin as her mentor. Reluctantly, Skywalker took Tano to meet Rex, but during their first meeting, Ahsoka became "snippy "towards her new Mentor (possibly because of Anakin's negativity towards her) and calls him "Skyguy" when he called her a "youngling." Anakin admits to Ahsoka that she is quiet Despite their arguing when they made their way to the planetary shields keeping the Republic from doing damage to the Separatist army, they either together to deactivate it. During this time, Ahsoka saved her master's life by having him stand in the center of the droids' attacks and having a wall with a hole crashing on the Droids while also making sure Anakin was unharmed. The Jedi Knight told Ahsoka that she was at a reckless stage her age and would never have made it as Obi-Wan's apprentice, but instead that she might make it as his, establishing a friendship between the two. Yoda was informed by Obi-Wan how Anakin was unhappy with Ahsoka as his Padawan. However, Anakin accepted the Teenager as his student, believing that she had the makings of a great Jedi, given that they go through with it with focus and patience. They were assigned their first mission together: rescue Jabba the Hutt's son.

Throughout most of their time together as Master and Padawan, Anakin and Ahsoka became very close. However, it fell apart when Ahsoka was charged with treason. Anakin was the only one to believe in her innocence and did anything to prove her. Ahsoka still left the Jedi Order and told Anakin that she needed to find her path without the Jedi and was tearful, without him.

Ahsoka and Anakin were reunited several months later when she and Bo-Katan Kryze asked for their aid. Anakin immediately asked if Ahsoka was alright since the last time he saw her, was when she walked away from the Jedi Temple. Upon seeing each other again, Anakin gifted her with her lightsabers that he tweaked and gave them to Ahsoka if she would be facing Maul alone. They wished each other good luck before going their separate ways, as Ashoka went to capture Maul and Anakin rushed off to save the Chancellor. However, this would be the last time she and Anakin saw each other as friends before Anakin turned to the dark side and became Darth Vader.

Sometime during the Age of the Empire, Anakin as Darth Vader went to the moon where Ahsoka's Star Destroyer crash-landed and only found her lightsaber, leading him to believe that his former apprentice had been killed on board. He kept her old lightsaber, only to learn that Ahsoka survived order 66, as he sensed her presence with the Lothal rebels through their Force bond.

Rex

Best Friend

Rex and Ahsoka are very close friends, having met each other at the battle of Christophsis after she was assigned as Anakin's apprentice. He took an immediate liking to her and later congratulated her when she helped Anakin destroy the Separatists' shield generator. They proved to have an unbreakable bond and worked relatively well together.

When Ahsoka was accused of being the Mastermind behind the bombing of the Jedi Temple and killing several Clone Troopers, Rex was the only clone who doubted she could ever pull unspeakable. However, he (reluctantly) had to brand Ahsoka as a dangerous criminal and order for her capture.

After Ahsoka's and Rex's reunion on Mandalore, Rex fought by Ahsoka's side and helped her fight against the Clone Troopers during Order 66. However, the two went their separate ways while trying to maintain a distant friendship. Ahsoka would often send him transmissions; however, Rex would never get them because Wolffe, in fear for his and his brother's safety, allied himself with the Empire and kept Ahsoka's messages from Rex. She put her trust in the rebels to bring Rex to the rebellion and hoped his intel in other locations could serve as a base for the Rebel Alliance. Ahsoka and Rex were finally reunited fifteen years after Order 66, where she hugged her friend and Rex returned it.

When Ahsoka did not return from the mission to Malachor, Rex was deeply saddened by her supposed death. Considering both survived the war, it is highly likely that Ahsoka and Rex met each other again.

Obi-Wan Kenobi

Ahsoka with Obi-Wan Kenobi

Ahsoka first met Obi-Wan during the Battle of Christophsis, when she was assigned to Anakin Skywalker as his apprentice. Throughout the Clone Wars, the two became good friends. They had a healthy relationship, trusting each other and having each other's backs, she had a deep respect for Obi-Wan and he believed Ahsoka had the right to know about Anakin's past.

Nearing the end of the Clone Wars, like Anakin, Obi-Wan also held a high degree of trust in her, being one of the few people who were correctly doubtful of her being guilty of bombing the Coruscant Jedi Temple. He was the only member of the Jedi High Council who was against the decision to strip her of her status as a Jedi, so she could be turned over to a military court for her so-called treason and urged them to show solidarity with Ahsoka. However, unlike Anakin, he did nothing to help Ahsoka clear her name, as he felt that there was nothing he could do personally. Ahsoka was agitated by the council having Anakin spy on his friend, and Obi-Wan agreed that the council is not always right and asked Ahsoka to tell Anakin about it. This implies that after their last conversation, Obi-Wan had finally come to reluctantly accept the truth that Ahsoka did not leave the Jedi Order because she had let emotion cloud her judgment, she left because the council was at least partly responsible, as they never believed in her innocence. Before she can react, Ahsoka is called away into battle, but before she leaves, she asks Obi-Wan to tell Anakin about the council himself, which Obi-Wan promises to do. This was the last time that Ahsoka saw Obi-Wan alive before he was killed by Darth Vader nineteen years later but they managed to part ways on good terms before Obi-Wan's death.

Padmé Amidala

She was my friend.
―Ahsoka to Bail Organa

Padme and Ahsoka Tano initially had little to no interaction at the start of the Clone Wars. However, as the war progressed, Ahsoka and Padme became as close as sisters. It was Padmé who taught Ahsoka that politics, as well as other things, aren't as black and white as she once thought.

At some point, Ahsoka suspected that Anakin and Padmé were in a secret relationship but chose not to say anything because it was none of her business.

Ahsoka later protected Padmé from an assassin, Aurra Sing, which caused them to grow closer. Padmé later went behind Anakin's back and decided to "teach" Ahsoka about politics by convincing Ahsoka to use her Jedi authorization to travel to the neutral world of Mandalore, where they would sneak onto a transport to take them to a Separatist-controlled planet. Ahsoka learned a lot in her journey and that the war isn't as black and white as she thought and Padme smiled, showing she was glad she taught Ahsoka something.

When Ahsoka was accused of bombing the Jedi Temple, Padmé was one of the few who believed in her friend's innocence and agreed to represent her during Ahsoka's trial.

After Padme's death, Ahsoka secretly attended her friend's funeral. However, she was found out by her former ally, Bail Organa. After Padmé's death, Ahsoka joined the Rebel Alliance which was forged to carry on her old friend's will and legacy.

Ezra Bridger

Rebels2x20 0105

Ezra deeply admired Ahsoka, who was like an aunt figure to him and a second mentor. He first met her after they rescued Kanan Jarrus from imperial custody. Before officially meeting her, Ezra only knew her as Hera's contact, Fulcrum. Ahsoka was immediately fond of Ezra and was smiling proudly when he was the first of the Ghost crew to answer Minister Tua's cries for help. She acted as a mentor towards the Padawan, especially when it came to some subjects of the Force. Ahsoka had trust in Ezra, up to the point where she entrusted him with looking after a Force-sensitive infant.

Later, when they were on Malachor, Ahsoka knew Ezra could take care of himself when he was left alone with Darth Maul. After the former Sith announced he was going to take Ezra on as an apprentice, Ahsoka sought to protect Ezra from Maul, which the Sith Lord attempted to take to his advantage. Ahsoka later came to Ezra's rescue when he was cornered by Darth Vader and stopped him from torturing her friend. Ezra later attempted to help Ahsoka but she pushed Ezra and stayed behind so Ezra, Kanan, and Chopper could escape.

After her supposed death, Ezra mourned her loss and blamed himself for Ahsoka's supposed demise. However, in truth, an Ezra four years into the future had saved Ahsoka from Vader's wrath in the World Between Worlds. Ahsoka later helped Ezra with the loss of Kanan and accepted that he sacrificed himself so Ezra, Hera, and Sabine could live.

For the past ten years, Ahsoka dedicated herself to preventing another war from breaking out by finding Grand Amdiral Thrawn. She hoped that, in finding Thrawn, she would be able to find Ezra. However, Ahsoka told Sabine that if worse came to worse, they would have to destroy the map and, regretfully leave Ezra stranded. However, in "Shadow Warrior," after learning "one final lesson" by Anakin and that Sabine was taken hostage by the villains, Ahsoka realizes she can't give up on her missing friends even more determined to bring both Ezra and Sabine home, promising Hera that she will bring the children back home.

Aayla Secura

Friend

Ahsoka briefly worked with Aayla Secura, who Ahsoka learned, to a degree, that relationships shouldn't get in the way of their professional ones. Ahsoka had a hard time leaving Anakin's side when he was critically injured, but Aayla convinced her

When she noticed Anakin and Ahsoka's attachment, Aayla empathized with Ahsoka because she too was attached to her Master as a father to her, much like how Ahsoka sees Anakin as a brother. However, because Ahsoka was still a Padawan, Aayla knew Ahsoka had much to learn.

Plo Koon

Mentor and Former Father Figure

Ahsoka met Jedi Master Plo Koon when she was three years old and he was the one who discovered her and had her brought to the Jedi Temple, to be raised as a Jedi like he was. The two formed a strong bond and it appeared she saw Plo as a fatherly figure.  He called her "Little Soka" as a form of his affection for her and Ahsoka called him "Master Plo." Through their bond, Ahsoka was able to sense Plo's presence when his original warship was destroyed by a Separatist warship known as the Malevolence.  Plo might have wanted to have Ahsoka as his Padawan before she became Anakin's.

However, Plo turned his back on her when it appeared, she was responsible for the bombing of the Jedi Temple and the murder of Letta until it was revealed Barriss was the true culprit. He was the only one of his peers to apologize to Ahsoka and acknowledge they were wrong. However, Ahsoka's relationship with Plo was damaged, as she had grown disillusioned with the Jedi and followed her path. This would be the last time she ever saw Plo, before he was shot down by his own Clone Forces during Order 66, meaning they could never reconcile because they did not depart on friendly terms.

General Grievous

Enemy

Ahsoka encountered Grievous when she was only fourteen years old, dismissing him as nothing more than a Droid. However, he was more skilled with a lightsaber and bested Ahsoka in battle, dismissing her as just a child. Ahsoka realized Grievous was a formidable foe and never doubted him again. Instead, she saw him as a threat to the galaxy besides their small encounter when Ahsoka was trying to save R2 from Grievous' clutches. She encountered him a second time on Florrum, where she and Hondo Ohnaka teamed up to defeat him.

Dooku

Enemy

Apart from seeing a glimpse of Dooku when she and Padmé were visiting an old friend of the latter's, Mina Bonteri, she never interacted with the Sith Lord. However, she harbored resentment and deep hatred for Dooku, especially because she believed he was responsible for the Clone Wars until on Mandalore, where she learned from Maul that Dooku was merely a pawn and the true mastermind was his former Master, Sidious.

When she was in a meeting with Obi-Wan, Ahsoka learned that Dooku was killed by Anakin during the battle of Coruscant, something that shocked her. However, it was mostly outweighed that her former master killed the Sith than Dooku's death.
